Ingredients
Romaine Lettuce (salad), 4 cup, shreddedRed Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup, chopped or slicedCucumber (with peel), 2 cup slicesPeppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cupGreen Beans (snap), 1 cupScallions, raw, 3 medium (4-1/8" long)Bread, pita, whole-wheat, 2 pita, large (6-1/2" dia)*Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese, 1 oz*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbspCider Vinegar, 6 tbspGarlic, 1 clove minced finelyRed Star, Nutritional Yeast 2 TbspnPepper, black, 1 tspSalt, 1 tspshallots, finely diced, 2 tablespoons
Directions
Vinigrette:
In a jar combine oil, vinegar, garlic, yeast flakes, salt, shallot,pepper, shake..set aside

Salad:
Toss together the rest of the ingrediants, except pita bread.. for the pita, cut into wedges, spray with nonstick spray, broil until crispy, let cool then toss into salad
