3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast1 tsp cayenne pepper1 tbsp curry powder1 tbsp onion powder1 tbsp garlic powder1 tsp cumin powder1 tsp ground ginger1 bay leaf3 cloves garlic minced1/2 cup onions chopped1/2 cup Fage 0% plain yogurt1/2 cup no salt tomato sauce4 tbsp unsalted butter
1.Melt butter in pan on medium high heat.
2.Drop chicken in the pan.
3.Add garlic and onions to the pan and drop heat to medium setting.
4.Cook chicken for 10 minutes or until no pink is showing.
5.Add spices and bay leaf.
6.Pour tomato sauce in and cook for 10 minutes.
7.Turn heat off and add greek yogurt and stir.
8.Serve immediately
