Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
3/4 c oatmeal2 c whole wheat flour, divided1 c white flour3 T brown sugar2 t salt4.5 t yeast2.25 warm water.125 c olive oil.125 canola oil3 T flaxseed milled
Directions
Mix together, 1 c wheat flour, brown sugar and yeast. Add 2 c very warm water. Let sit a few minutes. Add oatmeal, flaxseed, salt and oils. Mix together. Add rest of both flours til dough pulls from side of bowl easily. Knead in about 1/2 c of flour sprinkled on countertop, will take about 5 minutes until dough is no longer sticky, but smooth. Place in greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap and towel. Let rise til double--about 1 hour.

Punch dough down to get rid of air bubbles and divide in half. Shape each half into loaf and place into greased loaf pan. Cover and let rise til about 1 in above pan sides--about 35 min. Cook at 375 for about 45 min. Remove from pan immediately and put on wire rack to cool. If desired, can brush melted butter over tops of hot loaves.
