Follow box directions to cook 375 g of Whole Wheat penne, rigatoni or other shaped pastaIn a separate bowl, combine: 1 28 oz can of diced tomatoes or 4 large diced fresh tomatoes, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 can of pitted black olives, 1/4 cup finely diced red onion,1 tbsp crushed or chopped dried or fresh basilWhen pasta is cooked, drain and add to tomato mixture. Sprinkle on 1 cup crumbled feta cheeseServe immediately with a garden salad
