Baked Blueberry and Date Oatmeal

Ingredients
3C Rolled Oats or Steel Cut Oats1tsp baking powder1/4tsp salt1tsp cinnamon1/2C applesauce1C finely diced apples1 banana,mashed1/2tsp vanilla1/3C brown sugar2 eggs1C skim milk3/4C fresh or frozen blueberries1C dried fruit (ex. craisins, raisins, dates)
Directions
375degrees. Coat a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. In a medium bowl, combine applesauce, apples, banana, vanilla, sugar, eggs, and milk. Add milk mixture to dry ingredients and mix well. Gently fold in berries and dried fruit. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 30 minutes.
