pasta with spinach and gorgonzola

Ingredients
1 box (16 oz) Rotelle1 poly-bag of fresh baby spinach3 cloves garlic, diced4 tablespoons olive oilgorgonzola crumbles, 4 tbsp
Directions
cook Rotelle per package instructions
dice garlic
heat olive oil to medium, not too hot!
add garlic, saute for 1 minute
add spinach, stirring--
Keep spinach on heat until it "wilts" abouat 3 minutes
Remove from heat
Toss together with cooked pasta and 4 tablespoons of gorgonzola crumbles
