Ingredients:Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)Egg white, 5 serving (remove)*Zuccini Squash, 1 cup (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)Carrots, raw, 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)
Directions
Shred the veggies, Mix the whole eggs with the egg whites. Fill the cups 2/3rds of the way with the shredded veggies. Pour the egg mixture over the veggies. Add Spices if you want more flavour.
