Broccoli Chicken Salad

3 boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and cubed1 cup broccoli florets, separated into individual florets1 pt. cherry tomatoes, halved1/3 cup light mayonnaise2 tbsp dijon mustard1 tbsp white wineFresh tarragon, fresh thyme, salt and pepper to taste.
Place cooked, cubed chicken into a large bowl with cherry tomatoes. In small pot, blanch broccoli (cook in boiling water for 3 minutes), place in ice bath to cool down then into bowl with chicken and tomatoes. In a separate bowl, mix together mayo, mustard, wine and herbs and spices. Add dressing to chicken mixture and combine well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
