Grilled Squash

Ingredients
One small zucchini sliced(about 1.5 cups sliced)One small summer squash sliced(about 1.5 cups sliced)One half large yellow onion sliced2 shallots (1-2 TBSP minced) (optional)2 cloves of garlic minced2 TBSP EVOOSeasonings: red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, parsley flakes
Directions
Slice vegetables and add seasonings and olive oil; mix well. Allow to sit for a few hours, the grill or sautee. YUM!
