Baked Tilapia and Plantains in a Black Bean Garlic Sauce

3 Tilapia Filets1 large plantain sliced1/2 tsp. of sea salt1 tbsp of ground black pepper1/4 tsp. of Black Bean Garlic Sauce1 large riped tomatoes sliced1/4 cup of filtered water
Rinse tilapia filets with water and clean with fresh lemon. In a glass casserole dish grease bottom of casserole dish with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Please slice tomatoes on bottom of casserole dish. Then place tilapia filets on top, then sliced plantain on top. In a separate bowl mix 1/4 tsp. of black bean garlic sauce with 1/4 cup of filtered water. Cover Casserole dish and bake in over for 25 minutes.
