Ingredients
4 qt. chicken or home-made Turkey Broth2c. onion, diced2c. celery, chopped2c. carrots, sliced2c. zucchini, quartered, sliced1c. red bell peppers3c. turkey thigh meat, diced in .5-1 inch cubes8 cloves garlic mincedsalt and pepper to tastefresh herbs or 1 Tbsp. dry Italian seasoning
Directions
Place all ingredients in Large Slow cooker or stock pot. Cook 6-8 hours.
