Stir Fry - Spicy Thai Chicken, Vegetables and Noodles

Ingredients
1 - 1" Ginger root (grated)3 Garlic Cloves1 Onion, medium sized5 Chicken breasts1 Red Sweet Pepper1 Yellow Sweet Pepper1 Orange Sweet Pepper1/2 Bag Carot Match Sticks1 crown of Brocolli2Tbsp Canola OilSpicy Thai Sauce (Western Family)1 - Package - Stir Fry Noodles
Directions
Preparation:
- Cut chicken breasts into cubes
- Cut vegetables into slices
- Shred ginger
- Chop garlic into small pieces
- Boil noodles, keep aside

Cooking instructions:
- Heat 2 tbsp Canola Oil in wok
- Stir fry onions, garlic and ginger till tender
- Stir fry chicken pieces till slmost done cooked
- Add vegetables
- Add Stir Fry Sauce
- Add noodles stir till completed mixed with meat and vegetables
