Chole Paneer

Ingredients
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup Onions, raw, 1 large Jalapeno Peppers, 3 pepper *Canola Oil, 0.5 tbsp *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 0.5 tbsp Red Ripe Tomatoes, 6 plum tomato Salt, 1.5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 2 tsp Low-Fat Paneer, 1 cup
Directions
Soak chickpeas for overnight. Add salt to taste, 2 bayleaves, 1 inch ginger and cook until tender.
In a sauce pan, heat oil, add 1 bayleaf, saute onions until transparent, add chopped tomatoes, sliced jalapeno, cayenne pepper & coriander powder, turmeric & salt and cook until tomatoes are soft. Add cubed paneer and cooked chick peas and bring to boil. Serve with rice or chapati.
