jerk chicken bake

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 629 grams Schwartz jamaican jerk chicken mix, .27 gram(s) Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) asda pineapple, 227 gram(s) Water, tap, 3 fl oz
Directions
Put onion chicken and pineapple juice into ovenproof dish.
Sprinkle jerk mix on top.
Cover with foil.
Bake for 2 hours in a hot oven turning chicken over occasionally.

20 minutes before you are ready to eat uncover chicken and place pineapples chunks in the dish and then cook.
