Three Cheese Stuffed Red Pepper

Ingredients
2 oz Feta Cheese1 oz shredded Mozzarella Cheese2 oz cream cheese1/2 chopped cauliflower1 minced garlic clovecelintra to tastechives to taste1/8 tps salt (or less)other herbs to please your taste1 large red bell pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients except pepper. Cut pepper in half lengthwise and remove seeds, stem and rinse. Fill each half of the pepper with the cheese mixture. Bake at 350 in toaster oven for 30 minutes. In a full size oven you may need to shorten the bake time.
