Al's CORN BREAD LOAF OR PAN

1 1/2 c All-purpose flour1 1/4 c Yellow cornmeal3/4 c Sugar1/2 ts Baking powder1/2 ts Baking soda1/2 ts Salt2 lg Eggs1/2 c Vegetable oil1/2 c Milk1/2 c Buttermilk1/4 cup Masa flour
Preheat oven to 325 F. Grease 9-by-5-inch loaf pan.

onto rack. Serve warm or at room temperature. (Can be
prepared 1 day ahead. Cover tightly and store at room
temperature
