*Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 1 cup (remove)Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup (remove)Carrots, raw, .5 cup, grated (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup (remove)*Flour, white, .2 cup (remove)*Onion powder, 1 tbsp (remove)Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
Cook quinoa as directed on box. Mix all ingredients together. Divide among a 24 mini muffin pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
