Quick & Easy Beef Stew

Ingredients
2 - 14.5 oz cans Swanson 99% Fat Free Beef Broth2 - cups of water2 - cups of Beef Tips / Stew meat12 - small red potatoes3 - TBS of light butter4- small carrotts1/2 of an onionSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Put everything in a Crock-pot and let it cook for while--then BLEND a few of the cooked veggies and pour back into the crock-pot--This will make the "stew" a little thicker.
