Chicken Breast, no skin, 2Potato, raw, 3 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.)Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 cupYellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cupWater, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)Onion powder, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 dashGood Seasons Italian Recipe Mix, 19 gram(s)
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place chicken in bottom of pot.
Wash/scrub and dice potatoes. Add to pot.
Drain and add garbanzo beans & corn.
Season with onion powder, black pepper and Italian Seasoning Mix.
Add water.
Cover and set on Low.
