Italian zucchini

Ingredients
3 zucchini, about 2 cups and doent have to be exact1 purple onion, chopped1 tsp of olive oil1 can of chopped Italian tomatoessalt and pepperitalian spice blend, (oregano, basil, bay leaf)
Directions
slice zucchini and chop onion. Heat olive oil in skillet and saute onion till soft, add zucchini and tomatoes and spices to taste. Bring to a simmer till zucchini is soft.
