Whole wheat graham bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. water1 egg1/4 c. oil1/2 c. instant potato flakes3 1/2 c. flour or about 17 oz3 T wheat gluten1 t salt2 generous teaspoons of yeast
Directions
Put the ingredients in your bread machine and turn on the dough setting.
Weigh the dough in 3 equal portions and place in greased glass bread pans. No kneeding needed. the whole process including all of bread machine time is about 3 hr.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 22 minutes

Serving Size: Each loaf will make 11 slices
