Ingredients
1 cup dry lentils1/3 cup chopped onion1 diced red jalapeno1 cup spicy V8 juice1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper4 sliced cherry tomatoes1 clove chopped garlic2 cups water
Directions
Put all ingredients in medium size pot, bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer till beans are tender.
