*King Arthor Flour - All -Natural Whole Wheat Flour, .50 cup*Oat Bran (Hodgson Mill Bran), .50 serving*Wholesome Sweeteners dark brown sugar, 3 tbsp*All White Egg Whites, 1 serving*1 small apple, 1.5 serving*Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp*Diamond Crystal Salt Sense Real Iodized Salt, 0.25 tsp*Arm & Hammer Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp*Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp*Kirkland Pure Vanilla Extract, 1 tspMilk, 1%, .50 cup*Lemon Juice, 1 wedge yields
Combine all wet ingredients in one bowl and combine all dry in another larger bowl. Dice apple into small squares. Add wet to dry and fold in apples. Cooke at 375.
