-(16) oz Fat Free Cream Cheese-(2.5) cups almond milk-(2) tbsp cocoa powder-(3) eggs-(1) scoop chocolate protein powder-(50) grams whole grain cereal crushed-(1) tbsp brown rice flour
Blend all ingredients, except crushed cereal, in blender. Place crushed cereal on bottom of pie plate. Spray sides of the pie plate with non stick spray. Pour batter on top of the crushed cereal. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Let sit in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Cut into 6 equal pieces. Nutrition information is based on 6 equal portions, if the batter is mixed well, and the cereal is distributed evenly.
