Mexican low carb turkey meatloaf

Ingredients
1 Lb ground turkey breast1 lg. egg3 Tlb. Salsa2 Tlb. Chili powder1 tsp. cayenne pepper1 Tlb. Ground cumin1 tsp. black pepper1/2 tsp. salt1 cup of cheddar cheese
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. Shape into loaf. Spray 13 x9 baking dish or loaf pan and bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees. Drain fat from pan
