Poha (Raw,thick) 1 serving =1 oz or 1/2 cup, 1 serving Aashirvaad Atta with Multigrains, 200 gram Nestle Slim Dahi Net wt 200g, 400 gram(s) Yeast, bakers, 0.25 ounce
1) Powder poha. Mix with sieved atta.
2) Add dahi. Mix. Set aside.
3) Boil little water. Keep aside. Add yeast.
4) Mix dough with yeast. Keep aside.
5) Put into square glass bowl.
6) Microwave for 8-10 min.
Serving Size: makes eight bars
