1 tsp. Olive Oil2 small Potatoes, cubed1 Garlic Clove, minced1 tsp. Parmesan CheeseBlack Pepper, to taste
Directions
In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil. Add the potatoes and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are lightly brown and tender. Remove from heat and sprinkle with cheese and pepper.
