Simple tuna and egg salad

Ingredients
2 hard boiled eggs1 can of tuna in brine, drained 1 red bell pepper, chopped2 spring onions , chopped3 tbsp of light mayo 2 tsp of curry powder
Directions


Chop up the hard-boiled eggs and mix them thoroughly with tuna and mayo till you have the consistency you deisre. Toss in the chopped peppers and onion, then add the curry powder.


Serving Size: Makes for 4 wraps/sandwiches or 2 bowls alone
