Ingredients
3 tomatoes, quartered1 onion, quartered3-4 cloves of garlica handful of fresh cilantro1 tsp of salt
Directions
place the tomatoes into a food processor & pulse. Add the onion & garlic and pulse. Add salt to taste. Lastly add the cilantro and pulse again.

Serving Size: makes about 4-5 cups of salsa
