Fresh Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
4 cups fresh broccoli, chopped1/4 cup walnuts, chopped1/4 cup onions (red is best) sliced thin1 snack-size box raisins Dressing:1/4 cup plain, low-fat yogurt2 T apple cider vinegar1 individual size packet Truvia sweetenersalt & pepper to taste (not in calculations)
Directions
In bowl, mix together broccoli, nuts, raisins and onions. Whisk together dressing ingredients and pour over, mix well. Refrigerate at least a couple hours. Stir again and serve. Good the next day too.
