1 1/2 cups raw oat bran1/4 cup chopped walnuts1 medium granny smith apple, chopped into small pieces (or 3/4 cup freeze-dried apple pieces)2 tbsp vegan, sugar-free, xylitol-based honey (Nature's Hollow brand)1 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or unsweetened flax milk)2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce1 tbsp baking powder1 ener-g egg replacer egg (1 1/2 tsp mix with 2 tbsp warm water), PREPAREDup to 2 tbsp PURE stevia (according to taste)1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 435f. Combine dry ingredients. Blend in wet ingredients. Bake for 15-17 minutes in preheated oven. Let cool before serving.
