7 eggssaltfresh grounded spelt/whole flournormal white floursparkling water
beat eggs and salt, add the spelt.
add water and flour until there is a sticky batter.
bring water and salt to boil.
use either the pasta maker from tupperware (very fast, would recommend) or scratch little "worms" with the even side of the knife from a wooden board (traditional)
the pasta only needs a 1-2 minutes, depending how thick you made them. you will need 7 times until all batter is cooked.
Serving Size: makes 7 servings, 14 if side dish
