1/4 onion, chopped1 tbs olive oil1 zucchini, shredded2.6 oz Cured Ham, chopped2 oz Asiago Cheese, shredded6 egg whites2 eggs1 1/2 tsp Ms. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic
Preheat oven to 375. Saute onions in olive oil. Let cool about 10 minutes. Mix all ingredients and put in muffin tins sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake approx 25 mins or until egg appears to be done.
