Baked Buffalo Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
1 lb.THIN SLICED BONELESS/SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS, cut into tender size pieces. salt & pepper to taste6oz. (1 container) Chobani 0% Honey Greek Yogurt 4C PANCO BREAD CRUMBS, 1/3 cup4C Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs Seasoned 2/3 cupapprox. 1/4 cup nonfat milk1 tbs. of Frank's hot sauce, Buffalo style
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix yogurt,salt,pepper & hot sauce togeather big enough to hold the chicken. Add sliced chicken coat well with yogurt mixture. Let sit for 10 mins. then coat the chicken with the bread crumbs. Spray a cookie sheet with oil spray. Place chicken on baking sheet. Bake approx. 10 mins per side or until desired crispness.
