Chunky & Fresh Guacamole

Ingredients
2 Large Hass Avocados, pitted & skinned1/4 cup finely chopped onion2 Tbs chopped cilantro1 serrano chile, seeded and chopped fine1/2 a lime (or more to taste)Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Place onion, cilantro and pepper in a mortar or small bowl and mash into a paste with pestle or spoon. The goal here is to make these into one product rather than 3. Add Avocado to bowl and squeeze lime juice over the avocado to keep mixture from browning. Mix everything together using only a knife, chopping avocado into smaller pieces, but not mashing. The guacamole should have a chunky consistency when completed. Serve with chips or vegetables for dipping.
