Fresh Kale roughly chopped: About half a cupNonfat Marionberry yogurt: 6 ozGround Cardamom: 1/2 tspGround Nutmeg: 1/2 tspUnsweetened Soymilk: 1/4 cup
Directions
1) Gather your ingredients
2) Add them to your blender or magic bullet making sure to measure carefully
3) Blend until kale is in small pieces in the smoothie
4) Dump into a favorite glass
5) Enjoy
