Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1.5 cups almond flour1 tsp baking soda1 large egg1/4 cup DaVinci Gourmet Vanilla Syrup Sugar Free1/4 cup Erythritol1/8 tsp Pure Stevia Extract2 tbsp (1/4 stick) unsalted butter3/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix together dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients and mix again. If dough seems too wet, let it sit for 5 minutes. Form into balls and press onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Don't worry if it seems too sticky. The wet texture should be that of an oatmeal cookie. Bake for 16-20 minutes, or until cookies begin to turn golden brown. Let cool about 10 minutes on the baking sheet then remove with a spatula and cool on a rack.
