4 Romaine lettuce leaves1 tbsp Virgin Cold Pressed Cocunut Oil (Nutiva)GrapesBananaPinaappleChia SeedsRaw Chocolate Nibs (Mum's Original)Add any of your favourite fruits and/or Superfoods
Directions
Wash, rinse lettuce leaves. Spread the coconut oil on the lettuce leaves. Cut up the fruit to bite size pieces and add to lettuce leaves, sprinkle with chia seeds.
