English Muffin Breakfast sandwiches

Ingredients
6 large eggs6 slices of ham (or turkey, other deli meats)can diced tomatoesfeta cheese (6 sprinkles)spinach (12 small leaves)Thomas' 100 calories light whole grain english muffinsSaltBlack pepper
Directions
Spray muffin tin with non-strick spray. In each cup, put 2 small spinach leaves, a small sprinkling of feta cheese, a small spoon of diced tomatoes, and 1 egg. Season with salt and pepper. Add slice of ham to top.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until egg has reached desired consistency.
