Vegan on the Cheap sausage

Ingredients
1 cup gluten2 tablespoons corn starchspices - paprika, fennel, onion, garlic, red pepper/cayenne, salt, black pepper, sage2/3 cups kidney beans, drained & rinsed3/4 cup water2 tablespoons soy sauce2 tablespoons oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix gluten, starch, and spices together in food processor.
Mash up beans, mix in liquid ingredients.
Blend all together.
Form into links, wrap in foil, bake 45 min at 350.
Cool, unwrap, and pay fry.
