Ingredients

    1 can Progresso Vegetable Classics Lentil soup
    1 can tomato puree
    broccoli
    peas
    celery
    1 slice of onion, pressed
    2 cloves of garlic, pressed
    1 green bell pepper
    1 tsp ground coriander
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp freshly cracked black peppercorns
    2 tsp sea salt
    2 tsp curry powder
    2 tsp turmeric
    1 cinnamon bark

Directions

blend all ingredients in pot and cook on medium heat about 15 minutes, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 20 minutes
makes about 6 servings

serving size about 1 cup
