Ingredients
I pkg. Barilla Homestyle Lasagne 2 large eggs 1 c. Riccota cheese 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese2 oz. Parmeson cheese 12 oz. cooked Jimmy Dean Maple Sausage 1 can (14.5oz) Stewed Tomatoes I can (24oz) Hunts Garlic & Herb Pasta sauce 4 medium carrots diced 1/2 bunch celery diced 1 onion diced2 bell peppers diced
Directions
preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray baking pan

brown sausage and remove from skillet
(in same skillet) cook diced vegetables until medium soft

In medium bowl beat eggs, stir in ricotta, parmeson, and 4 oz. of mozzarella cheese

Layer:
sauce
noodles (make sure lasagna sheets overlap)
ricotta mixture
meat
leftover mozzarella
sauce
continue until all layered (about 4 layers total)
End with sauce and mozzarella cheese

Bake, covered with foil until bubbly 50 - 60 minutes. Uncover and continue cooking until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
Let stand 15 minutes before cutting
