Red onion choppedGarlic cloves chopped188g chicken breast fillets diced1/2 red pepper sliced1/2 yellow pepper sliced1/2 courgette sliced1 cup chicken stock from granules1/2 lemon juiced
Directions
heat oil - soften onion and garlic
Brown chick then add veg and stock and cook until all heated through thoroughly
