Applesauce Pancakes

Ingredients
1-1/4 cup all purpose flour2 Tbsp sugar2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt3/4 cup almond milk, original1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain non-fat1/2 cup cinnamon applesauce1 Tbsp vegetable oil1 tsp vanilla extract1 large egg
Directions
Combine flour & next 4 ingredients in a large bowl, whisk or sift. In another bowl combine almond milk & next 5 ingredients, whisk smooth. Add wet ingredients to flour and stir until smooth. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, pour 1/4 cup pancake batter into preheated pan or griddle sprayed with cooking spray.
