Non-Dairy, Low-Fat Banana Rice Pudding

Ingredients
1 cup uncooked rose rise4 cups plain almond milk1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 cup brown sugar2 medium bananas diced
Directions
soak rice in cold water 30 minutes. rinse well, add rice and all ingredients (except bananas) to large pot. bring to a low simmer, stirring occasionally for 30 minutes. cool and stir in bananas.
