Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients
2 cans cream of Chicken soup1 Box Uncle Ben's Wild Rice- prepared2 "Cream" cans of skim milk1 # of chicken cooked and chopped
Directions
Prepare rice according to directions.
Cook chicken and chop into bite sized chunks.
Mix all ingredients together into big pot.
Cook until warmed through and combined.
