Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1 cup (remove)Apple juice, unsweetened, .75 cup (remove)*Lemon Juice, .25 cup (remove)Orange Juice, .25 cup (remove)*(M) Fish, Talapia (Fishin'), 16 oz (remove)bay leaf1 tsp dried oregano1 tsp dried thyme1 stp dried basilblack pepper to taste
heat oil, add onion, saute over heat until soft. ad all remaining ingredients except fish. stir well and simmer 30 minutes, uncovered. Arrange fish in baking dish; cover with sauce. Bake, uncovered, at 350 about 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily
