Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken Soup

3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts4 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed8 Roma Tomatoes chopped8 small ribs celery, diced (2 Cups)2 small zuccini, diced (2 Cups)3 Bell Peppers, Red, cored seeded and dicedone 24-ounce jar Salsa Thick and Chunky2 tsp dried basil2 tsp dried thyme
1. Place the chicken in the slow cooker, add the garlic, tomatoes, celery, zuccini and pepper. Pour the Salsa over
all, and sprinkle the basil and thyme on top.
2. Set the slow cooker on low and cook for 6-7 hours.
Before serving, shred the chicken with a fork.Add Salt and pepper to taste. (nutrition not added)
