1 lb. ground turkey1 can diced tomatoes1 can tomato paste1 can kidney beans1 can great northern beans1 can pinto beans4 tbsp. garlic1 large onion, chopped in manner you prefer1 green pepper, chopped in manner you prefer2 small zuchinnis, chopped into 1/2" pieces3-4 tbsp olive oilabout 4 cups fresh cabbage, shredded
Start with dutch oven, heat olive oil and add garlic,onion and saute until onions start to cook. Add ground turkey and chopped green peppers. AFter turkey is cooked through and browned to your taste, add the tomato soup and diced tomatoes and tomato paste. drain the beans and stir in. add water to cover and add the zuchinni. Cook on low for several hours to let the flavors blend. I also added italian seasoning and dried basil.
