Brown Sugar, 6 tsp packed (remove) Paprika, 2 tsp (remove) *Coriander seed, 2 tsp (remove) Salt, 1 tsp (remove) Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp (remove) Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp (remove) Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
score the sides of the meat to be covered, rub in. cook on whatever meat you desire.

    I love this. I cut the sugar in half (3t), pre diabetic and removed the salt, high blood pressure.
    Good for stake but I think I will go back to 6 teaspoons for chicken and pork. Great work. Thank you!
